We would like to draw your attention to the current market environment risks related to Europe and United Kingdom. On June 23rd, 2016, UK citizens will vote on whether UK should “leave” or “remain” in the European Union. Currently, public polls on this historic referendum remain mixed with both sides providing compelling arguments making it unlikely for a defining public census result prior to June 23rd, 2016. As a result of the uncertainty regarding the outcome of this referendum, the risk increases for potential market shock during the release of the voting results.       
In addition, we have recently observed a significant increase in volatility levels for GBP. Given the substantial consequences the vote may have, particularly a “leave” result, markets are bracing for extreme volatility.       
Swissquote takes into consideration the current market environment and has decided to take measures to try mitigating the risks related thereto, which we believe is also in our client’s interests. Swissquote will therefore increase margin rates on the following instruments effective June 17, 2016 at 17:00 CET.

就 6 月 23 日英国举行公投之保证金调整

六月廿三日英国将举行公投以决定「留欧」或「退欧」，瑞讯银行希望藉此提醒阁下欧洲以及英
国之投资风险可能会因而增加。根据目前民意调查，双方的支持度十分接近，在公投结果公布前
没有一方有压倒性的支持。基于市场对公投结果的不稳定性，投票结果可能引发市场剧烈波动。
除此之外，我们留意到近期英镑的波动性明显提高，而由于公投结果对英国有重大影响，特别是
结果支持退出欧盟，相关的投资产品将有可能出现极端的波动性。
考虑到目前的市场环境以及有必要采取适当措施以减低风险，瑞讯银行决定在 2016 年 6 月 17
日，欧洲中部时间下午 5 时（即北京时间 2016 年 6 月 17 日晚上 11 时），提高以下产品之保证
金：
